1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to pd444's website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any registered account holder or visitor on the platform.
• "Services" refers to slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and all other gaming features.
• "Bonus" refers to a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or any other promotional benefit.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration.

2.4 Account Closure

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Once a deposit is processed, it will be credited to the account balance immediately.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and the same name used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw funds earned from bonuses.
• If any unusual transaction is detected, the withdrawal may be held for review.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on pd444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion fees apply. Your bank or mobile banking operator may charge separately — pd444 is not responsible for that.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

If any transaction is suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, pd444 may temporarily suspend that transaction and the associated account for investigation. If irregularities are proven during the investigation, the account may be closed and the relevant authorities notified.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pd444 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn — 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements — if not completed within the time stated in the bonus-specific terms, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same account.
• Winnings earned from a bonus will be added to the bonus balance, and wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• pd444 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If misuse of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

pd444's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, the Silver tier up to 0.7%, and the Gold tier up to 1.0%. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Specific benefits and conditions apply to each tier separately.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

• All games are operated through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair play.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, pd444 reserves the right to refund a partial or full wager.

9.2 Consequences of Violations
